  Our career advice

  1. Consultation with an ICC/ICU coach
  This is done by an internationally certified specialist with over 1,000 individual sessions under their belt.
  The goal is to find your main inner motivations, reconnect with your values, and figure out where you want to go professionally.

  2. Career session with an HR Line EU expert
  The consultation is conducted by a career consultant, HR expert, and personnel director with academic experience (university professor).
  We analyze goals, obstacles, skills, and develop a realistic career plan. Suitable for professionals, managers, and beginners.

  3. Professional orientation for teenagers and adults (diagnostics)
  We use complex methods:
  Structogram® (biostructural analysis of personality)
  Verbatoria neuro-metric method (hardware diagnostics of brain activity and innate abilities)
  Projection methods and professional tests adapted to the EU market
  The result is a structured roadmap for careers and education.
