Payments and services
Visitors can make online payments only for products available in the “Products” section — namely, training courses, webinars, masterclasses, and printed magazines or books offered for sale. All services are provided according to the description and program stated on the respective product page on www.hrline.eu.
Service provision and location
Training is provided online or in person, depending on the selected course format, as indicated on the specific course page. If the training is pre-recorded, access to materials is granted within 1–3 days after payment is received. Printed magazines and books are dispatched within 14 days after payment, with additional delivery time depending on the selected delivery provider.
Client obligations
When making an online purchase, the client must provide accurate contact details (name, surname, email, phone number, and delivery address, if applicable). If incorrect information is provided, the client must promptly contact SIA “HR Line EU” via [email protected].
Payment and confirmation
After successful payment, the client receives an automatic confirmation email (if the email address was entered correctly). SIA “HR Line EU” does not store payment card data, and payment processing is carried out by a certified payment service provider.
Processing of personal data
SIA “HR Line EU” processes client personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Payment options
Online payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards, as well as via Swedbank, SEB, and Citadele internet banking, where available at the time of payment. Using another person’s payment card or card data is prohibited.
Service delivery
Online training is provided according to the program and schedule indicated on the respective course page. Printed publications are dispatched within 14 days after payment, with delivery time depending on the courier or postal service.
Right of withdrawal
Clients who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a training course within 3 calendar days after payment and receive a full refund. The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. If the training has already started or access to materials has been granted, the service is considered fully delivered with the client’s consent, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
This procedure complies with Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 on the right of withdrawal. For printed products (magazines and books), refunds are only possible if: the item was damaged during delivery, or an incorrect item was received. In such cases, the client must send a request to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item, attaching photos or other evidence.

Dispute resolution
Disputes and disagreements are resolved through mutual negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the client has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
Applicable law
These Terms are prepared in Latvian, and the laws of the Republic of Latvia apply.
