Payments and services
The visitor may make online payment for the recruitment, consulting and training services indicated on the Website in accordance with the prices indicated on the Website and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Client responsibilities
When making an online purchase, the Customer is obliged to provide valid contact details (name, email, telephone). In case of incorrect information, the Customer must immediately contact HR Line EU Ltd by e-mail [email protected].

Service payment and confirmation
HR Line EU Ltd is obliged to inform the Client electronically about the successful payment of the Service (if the Client has provided the correct e-mail address).

Processing of personal data
HR Line EU Ltd processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Payment options
Payment for online services can be made with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit payment cards, as well as with online payment options of internet banks (Swedbank AS, Citadele Banka AS, SEB Banka AS), if available at the time of payment. Payment processing is provided by a certified payment service provider. HR Line EU does not store payment card data. The use of a payment card or card data issued to another person is prohibited.

Service delivery
The actual delivery of services purchased online, the terms, timeframe and individual conditions shall be agreed with the Customer individually after payment has been made.

Right of withdrawal
The client, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act. The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the service has been fully performed with the Customer’s prior express consent and confirmation that he loses the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service.

Refund
If a system error is detected which results in HR Line EU Ltd receiving more payment for services than was due at the time of purchase, the Client may submit a written request within 5 (five) working days of payment. Upon clarification of the circumstances, the improperly withheld amount will be returned to the Customer.

Dispute resolution
Disputes and disagreements are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in the Latvian language and are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
