From the owner

HR Line EU was founded on October 31, 2023, in response to growing demand from businesses, scientists, and specialists for practical, systematic, and internationally oriented support. The company was founded on the desire to combine more than 10 years of experience in human resource management, law, recruitment, education and science and make it available to a larger number of clients, companies and universities.

Our philosophy is based on partnership, trust and a precise focus on results. We strive not only to support the development of individual clients, but also to influence systemic processes, participate in the implementation of national and international initiatives, create sustainable solutions, and set the direction for change.

The first year of 2024 became an important stage in development:


  • active development in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia,
  • participation in a business mission to the US as part of the Latvian presidential delegation,
  • signing a representation agreement with the Migration Agency of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan,
  • launching grant projects on HR process automation using artificial intelligence,
  • publishing the first international magazine “The Time for HR Line”.
