On 21 July 2025, we had another coordination meeting with the DATI Group team – we are working on the HR Line EU website with AI integration. The project is implemented with the support of a grant of EUR 19 800 from LDA (Latvian Digital Accelerators).
Soon, every user will be able to get a high-quality CV check, personalised recommendations and ready-to-use wording samples – just like a professional recruiter does – absolutely free of charge.
How will CV analysis with AI work?
We don’t just automate standard CV screening – our approach includes in-depth analysis and personalisation based on labour market best practices. To this end:
– We choose our neural network solutions carefully: we test several models, evaluate the results and train them to provide answers, just like a recruitment expert does.
– Designing well thought-out prompts: it is very important not only to “upload” your CV to the algorithm, but also to formulate the task in a clear and structured way so that the result is really useful.
– Testing and improving: before launch, we thoroughly test the service with CVs from different domains and languages, adjust the answers, improve the logic and structure of the recommendations.
– We work with HR experts: the final analysis is always compared with the opinion of experienced recruiters – this is the only way to get a truly high-quality and useful result.
What issues will our AI-service help with?
The user uploads a CV and receives answers to three key questions:
1. What can I do to improve my CV?
MI analyses CVs like an experienced recruiter:
– Points out what could be improved in terms of structure, content, presentation, presentation and language
– Checks that all relevant sections are present (contacts, experience, education, skills)
– Identifies errors in grammar and style
– Provides personalised suggestions and examples of wording in the language in which the CV is prepared
2. What is the most suitable candidate for?
MI assesses your experience and skills, and identifies the roles and sectors for which you are best suited:
– Justify your choice by reference to the relevant competences
– Gives examples of specific positions
– Highlights the candidate’s strengths
– Offers opportunities in related sectors
3. How can I tailor my CV to the job or sector I want?
MI takes into account your desire to work in a particular job/industry and makes recommendations:
– Which sections to strengthen, add or remove
– How to reword experience and skills
– Specific advice on the structure and content of the CV to match the requirements of the chosen role
The process is as simple as possible and completely free of charge for the user:
– There will be only one “Get Analysis” button on the website
– On the backend, three well thought-out tasks are sent to MI and the answers are summarised in one user-friendly block (in CV language)
What is the basis of our approach?
Only a combination of modern MI tools, well-defined tasks and recruitment expertise can deliver truly high-quality results. We don’t just implement MI, we create a service that will actually help you become more visible to employers and closer to your professional goals.
