HR Line EU team starts development of its intelligent CRM system for recruitment: automation, chatbots, AI and flexibility all in one solution. The first step is a working meeting with e-staff developers.
Today HR Line EU team had a working meeting with representatives of e-staff platform – one of the most promising open source solutions for recruitment process automation, providing flexible API and extensive customisation options. The meeting took place as part of the preparation of a project that was announced in September 2024 and will be officially launched in 2025: HR Line EU is developing its own CRM system with AI and chatbot integration.
A new project: from internal need to commercial solution
We are launching a scalable, flexible and smart HR platform that will take into account the needs of our company and other market players. The focus is on automating recruitment routines, reducing time to fill a vacancy, improving candidate interaction, and introducing chatbots and AI algorithms at all stages of the recruitment funnel.
The solution will become an internal tool for HR Line EU, but from the outset we are targeting a wide range of applications in the business environment – from small companies and agencies to medium and large enterprises where a structured approach to recruitment and analytics is needed.
For us and the market
The solution will become HR Line EU’s recruitment management system, but we are designing it from the outset with a view to commercialising it. The aim is to offer the market a user-friendly, customisable product that will be able to:
– Reduce the time it takes to fill a vacancy by up to 30-50% by automating communication and initial selection;
– reduce recruitment costs by up to 40-60%, especially for mass recruitment. For example, with a standard workload of 20 vacancies per month, where typically 2 recruiters are needed, an automated solution will allow you to handle the same volume with one recruiter, using chatbots and artificial intelligence;
– automatically analyse and structure applications
– communicate with candidates 24/7 via chatbots and automated replies;
– Track selection phases, deadlines and KPIs;
– making it easier for HR departments and recruitment agencies to work in times of staff shortages and high workloads.
For many companies, this can mean savings of up to €2,000-4,000 per month by reducing routine work and optimising the distribution of tasks between HR and the system.
We see that such solutions are particularly in demand in mass recruitment areas, in agencies and in companies where HR functions are distributed among several employees.
What impressed us about e-staff?
Although the final decision on the technical basis has not yet been taken, the e-staff platform made a positive impression on us. Particular highlights:
– A convenient mobile version that allows HR professionals to work from anywhere in the world and respond quickly to applications and changes in candidate status;
– The possibility to integrate chatbots and artificial intelligence elements, which opens up a wide range of possibilities to automate the listing, initial selection and support of candidates;
– Open source code and APIs that make e-staff a flexible basis for further customisation and implementation of your own modules;
– Well-thought-out logic for working with the candidate base, selection funnels, templates and reminders;
– Tools for analytics and reporting, including tracking the effectiveness of vacancy filling.
These functions are particularly important for us as a team that works actively with international orders and mass recruitment in different countries. We continue to analyse the solutions available on the market in order to select the optimal technological platform.
We are looking for developers and AI specialists
At this stage, we are expanding the project team and invite cooperation:
1) Full-stack developers with experience in building CRM systems or portals based on open source solutions;
2) AI/ML engineers capable of developing and training AI modules for recruitment;
3) Chatbot specialists, including for integration with Telegram, WhatsApp, web widgets and platforms like DialogFlow or Rasa;
4) UI/UX designers with an understanding of HR and recruitment specifics.
If you want to be part of a product that can change the way we approach recruitment, we would be delighted to hear from you. We are open to both individual collaboration and partnerships with teams.
What next?
In the coming months:
– Choosing the technology base and prototyping the system;
– MVP design and integration of first chatbots;
– Internal testing at HR Line EU base;
– Preparing for external launch and commercialisation.
2025 will be the year of AI in recruitment and HR Line EU is ready to lead the way. We are convinced that the future of recruitment lies in automated, smart and scalable solutions that not only simplify the work of HR professionals, but also make it more efficient.
