B2B Sales Manager (Industrial Equipment & Automation)

Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new B2B clients and build long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis and map industrial-sector companies.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and contracts; lead client meetings and negotiations.
  • Maintain CRM records and coordinate with other departments.
  • Represent the company at presentations, trade shows, and other promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with industrial clients.
  • Business-level proficiency in Estonian, English, and Russian.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong CRM and office software skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, independence, and results-driven mindset.
