B2B Sales Manager (Industrial Equipment & Automation)
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new B2B clients and build long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis and map industrial-sector companies.
- Prepare commercial proposals and contracts; lead client meetings and negotiations.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with other departments.
- Represent the company at presentations, trade shows, and other promotional events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with industrial clients.
- Business-level proficiency in Estonian, English, and Russian.
- Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Strong CRM and office software skills.
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and results-driven mindset.
