Business assistance
Your responsibilities:
- Support the executive in managing daily operations: task planning, deadline tracking, and partner communication.
- Draft business correspondence, presentations, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Analyze data, maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM).
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; coordinate workflows.
- Assist in preparing for business meetings, online conferences, and EU-focused projects.
Requirements:
- Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or project coordinator.
- Advanced skills in office software and online tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Trello, etc.).
- Mandatory: ability to use AI and neural network tools to optimize tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Responsible, independent, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
