Clinical Trainer / Dermatologist

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs and hands-on workshops for clinic staff and partners on aesthetic and medical devices.
• Demonstrate procedures, develop customized training plans, and support new equipment launches.
• Advise clients on clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and proper device usage.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.
• Prepare reports, educational materials, and feedback to enhance training quality.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or related field).
• Practical experience as a dermatologist, cosmetologist, or medical device trainer.
• Professional fluency in Russian, Latvian, and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; confident working with groups.
• Responsible, client-focused, willing to travel, and committed to professional growth.
