Your responsibilities include:

• Organizing and overseeing the clinic’s medical and administrative operations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and quality standards.
• Driving clinic development and introducing new aesthetic medicine services.
• Mentoring the team of specialists and coordinating internal processes.
• Representing the clinic at professional events and managing partner relations.

Key requirements for this role:

• A valid medical license in Estonia (mandatory).
• Professional experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills, results-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and contribute to business growth.
• Proficiency in Estonian and conversational-level Russian and/or English.
