    How the selection process works

    1. Free consultation
      We figure out what your company needs, talk about your hiring goals, give you an initial expert assessment, and suggest a way to work together.
    2. Application and contract
      After agreeing on the terms and conditions, we sign a contract that specifies the selection deadlines, communication stages, and warranty obligations.
    3. Preparation and start of the search
      We create a candidate profile, develop a job description, determine the main evaluation criteria, and start the search with the widest possible reach, using both automated tools and manual resource engagement.
    4. Search and selection
      We conduct screening, initial interviews, competency assessments, and candidate selection. Each selected candidate undergoes a preliminary check and internal assessment.
    5. Candidate presentation
      You receive complete information about each finalist: professional experience, motivation, strengths, potential risks, interview results, and the rationale behind our recommendations.
    6. Final interview and hiring
      You conduct the final interview, make a decision, and we accompany the entire process until the candidate is hired. The employer prepares the documents themselves.
    7. Support and replacement
      We remain in contact after the employee is hired. If necessary, we provide a replacement in accordance with the current contract.
    8. Adaptation and training
      Upon separate agreement, it is possible to develop an individual adaptation plan and/or training program for the new employee.

    The service includes the issuance and extension of work permits and temporary residence permits (TRP), change of employer, cancellation of permits, as well as consultations on legal requirements and process support at the PMLP.
