  HR Line EU cooperates with universities in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, providing them with carefully selected students from Central Asian countries. We take care of the entire process: from initial selection and interviews to document preparation and visa processing.

  Our team does not just search for students — we select those who meet the academic requirements, language level and motivation, and register them, taking into account all legal and visa requirements.

  The university receives fully completed student applications that are ready for admission
  We accompany each student until their arrival and registration
