AI-enabled recruitment

This course is designed for HR specialists, recruiters, hiring managers, executives and anyone who wants to build a modern, faster and more systematic recruitment process using artificial intelligence tools.

Recruitment today can no longer be seen as just a manual job posting, CVs and interviews. A modern recruiter must be able to:

  • accurately understand the business need;
  • quickly formulate a candidate profile;
  • to deal with a high volume of feedback;
  • to properly conduct initial screening;
  • Evaluate candidates against clear criteria;
  • Make data-driven decisions;
  • Use AI as a working tool, not as a fashion trend.

In this course, we will look at artificial intelligence not as a replacement for a recruiter, but as an assistant that reduces routine workload, improves the quality of analysis and frees up time for stronger expert work.

Result: an understanding of the full cycle of recruiting – from the recruitment application to onboarding and KPIs – and the ability to use neural networks as an artificial intelligence tool to automate HR processes

    Planning Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing with AI

    +

    In this module, we will explore the role of a recruiter within the HR cycle and the full recruitment process from request to hiring. Participants will learn how to correctly define staffing needs, create a recruitment request and job profile, and understand different types of hiring — internal, external, mass recruitment, and headhunting. Special attention will be given to candidate sourcing channels and modern digital tools. We will also cover how to use AI to create high-quality job descriptions and adapt them for different platforms. The practical part will allow participants to apply the knowledge by creating a recruitment request, candidate profile, and job description using artificial intelligence tools.

    Candidate Screening and Interviewing with AI

    +

    In this module, participants will learn how to effectively work with resumes and applications using artificial intelligence to analyze candidate data. We will explore how to automate initial screening via phone or online tools and how to formulate questions to assess key competencies. Special focus will be placed on interview methods. At each stage, we will demonstrate how AI can be used to generate question lists, interview scenarios, and adapt them for different roles. We will also review group interview formats for mass recruitment and the specifics of organizing them. Participants will develop interview scripting skills, learn to identify and avoid common recruiter mistakes, and in the practical part, create a set of interview questions and practice conducting interviews through role-play using AI for preparation.

    Candidate Evaluation and Decision-Making with AI

    +

    In this module, participants will explore modern candidate evaluation methods and understand how AI helps in designing tasks and interpreting results. We will cover how to compare candidates, structure strengths and weaknesses, and prepare reports for hiring managers using artificial intelligence. Special attention will be given to collaborative decision-making: how HR prepares arguments, what data to present, and how AI can be used for analysis and visualization. Participants will also learn how to prepare a Job Offer, conduct negotiations with candidates, and formulate professional rejection messages. The module will conclude with an overview of key recruitment KPIs and opportunities to automate them using AI. The practical assignment will include analyzing several candidate profiles and preparing a structured report using artificial intelligence.
